A message dated June 20, 2014, was received stating the Governor                                                                
signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled                                                        
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:                                                                
                                                                                                                                
      CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 19(RLS)(efd am)                                                                                     
      "An Act relating to permanent motor vehicle registration in the                                                           
      unorganized borough and in a municipality that has elected to                                                             
      allow permanent registration; relating to the registration fee for                                                        
      noncommercial trailers and to the motor vehicle tax for trailers;
